TEKsystems in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide first-line IT support to end-users, handling password resets, software installations, hardware troubleshooting, and ticketing. Training will last 4–6 weeks with paid sessions; after training, schedules require weekend work (Saturday or Sunday) or both, with two days off during the week. Pay is $15.50 per hour with benefits eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr TEKsystems
