Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to reach clients across the Denver area and beyond. Our team collaborates in a supportive virtual environment where mental health practitioners access the resources and tools necessary to deliver high-quality care. We prioritize work-life balance, offering regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing our therapists to maintain healthy boundaries while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques to address clients’ unique challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client information is securely stored and handled.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to optimize client care.

• Engage in regular case discussions and peer review meetings to draw on collective expertise and enhance the quality of therapeutic support provided.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing insights about mental health conditions, exploring treatment options, and identifying community resources that may be beneficial.

• Stay informed about developments in the mental health field to continuously improve treatment approaches and client engagement strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults experiencing significant mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will cultivate relationships founded on trust and understanding, allowing clients to feel safe and supported as they navigate their mental health journeys. Understanding and addressing the diverse needs of our clientele is paramount to fostering successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is necessary to practice in Colorado.

• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing for tailored and impactful interventions for individual clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships and support client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
