Work Environment\n

This role will be performed entirely remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still connecting with clients in a meaningful way. Outpatient office visits may be conducted as needed to accommodate specific client requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices designed to promote healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with families, medical personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, coordinating care effectively.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to meet legal and ethical standards.

• Provide ongoing recommendations for therapy practices to enhance the effectiveness of mental health services and improve the overall client experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other life transitions. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and trusting atmosphere, enabling clients to open up about their experiences and work towards resolution and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• An active state license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory to practice in Tennessee.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHRs) and Google Suite tools, for documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, with a focus on outpatient therapy.

• Experience working in a remote setting is a plus, as it highlights adaptability and self-sufficiency.
