Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to foster healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
