Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual and family therapy assessments to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, free from any suspensions or probation situations.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient mental health setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a calming and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

• Proficient understanding of DSM diagnoses and treatment methodologies applicable to a wide array of patients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques or similar therapeutic modalities is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
