Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough individual mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological states and recommend tailored treatment plans.

• Develop specific, actionable treatment strategies based on client needs, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual and group therapy, focusing on emotional concerns, personal development, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Proactively manage crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention for clients in distress.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available resources, and recommended treatment approaches.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Contribute to team meetings and case discussions, sharing insights and advocating for client needs in a collaborative setting.

• Stay current on mental health research and evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
\n
• Strong ability to conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulate effective treatment plans based on findings.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy with various therapeutic strategies is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and a therapeutic alliance with diverse clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology for client documentation and management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is favorable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
