Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s mental health concerns and create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of clinically proven methodologies to best support client progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and connecting them with necessary resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care for our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources, empowering them to advocate for their own health.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying abreast of advancements in mental health practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor, specifically LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is a prerequisite.

• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential to effectively support our client base.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
