Work Environment\n

This position is exclusively remote, giving you the flexibility to create a balanced work-life structure. You will engage with clients via telehealth platforms for live video sessions, ensuring a supportive and interactive environment. Our outpatient office setting provides an organized framework for maintaining accountability and collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other interventions, through live video sessions with individual adult clients.

• Regularly assess client progress using auto-administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to continually refine treatment plans.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health counselors to create and implement comprehensive treatment strategies that cater to the individual needs of clients.
\n
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations using our secure electronic health records system.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and seek peer consultation when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse adult population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related disorders. We particularly value your commitment to treating clients from all walks of life and your ability to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Active independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (e.g. LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) with a minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience.

• Ability to navigate and utilize technology effectively in the context of telehealth services.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of recent experience providing evidence-based therapy, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy, to adult clients.

• Familiarity with working with higher-risk populations and integrated treatment approaches.

• A demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive practice and working with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , complemented by an attractive bonus structure.
