Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their specific physical therapy needs as they recover from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass various therapeutic methods, including targeted exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and the use of assistive technologies.
• Monitor and document treatment progress meticulously, including adjustments to treatment plans based on patient responsiveness and ongoing assessments.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on effective home exercise strategies and the safe use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and ease daily activities.
• Participate actively in regular team meetings, sharing insights and feedback to continuously improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
• Stay current with developments in the field through continuing education opportunities and professional workshops, contributing to personal and organizational growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Current CPR certification demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and emergency response.

Compensation and Benefits
