Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing evidence-based tools and techniques to accurately determine their mental health needs and inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies that prioritize patient welfare.

• Deliver crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, displaying compassion and expertise in addressing urgent mental health needs.

• Engage in community outreach and deliver educational presentations that promote awareness about mental health and resources available to the public.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
