Santa Monica LiveWell Dentistry is a modern, high-tech practice on Wilshire Blvd led by Dr. Khanideh and Dr. Pouyan. We're growing and looking for a sharp, driven communicator to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator — with a clear path to leadership for the right person.
What you'll do:
- Walk patients through personalized treatment plans with clarity and confidence
- Help patients understand their financial options and insurance benefits
- Partner with our clinical team to keep care moving and patients saying yes
- Build lasting relationships that keep patients coming back
What we're looking for:
- Strong communicator who connects easily with people
- Experience in dental field
- Natural ability to explain options and guide decisions without pressure
- Organized, reliable, and ready to grow
