Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to enhance their mental health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient population will consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health issues. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they do not present severe mental health challenges. Furthermore, we carefully match you with clients aligned with your specializations and demographic preferences, ensuring a meaningful and impactful therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no current disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a nurturing and empathetic disposition.

• Computer proficiency is necessary to efficiently use telehealth platforms and manage client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Salary ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 per year, contingent on hours worked and experience level.
