Now hiring high-volume Kitchen Managers across the DMV.

Multiple openings in Bethesda, DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis!  $70-75k base + bonus.

·         Drive sales and guest satisfaction

·         Create a FUN, safe environment for team members to develop

·         Ensure compliance with all employment policies

·         Manage the performance of team members, including conducting evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline

·         Selecting top talent to add to our winning team

·         $70-75k base annual salary, plus substantial bonus potential

Education, Experience, and Other Key Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         5+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business required

·         2+ years of casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred

·         ServSafe, local and state certifications, or the ability to obtain required

List of job requirements

·         Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.

·         Successful completion of our comprehensive management training program.

·         Position requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
