Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients suffering from musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing a range of assessment tools to determine their needs.
• Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at improving patients' mobility and quality of life.
• Collaborate closely with MDs, OTs, and DCs to develop integrated treatment strategies that encompass all facets of a patient's rehabilitation process.
• Employ advanced modalities and equipment, including therapeutic ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to aid in patient recovery.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques and self-management strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using our streamlined electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Participate in clinical conferences and continuing education workshops, enhancing your skills and knowledge of the latest treatment innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients experiencing a variety of orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports-related injuries. Our approach focuses on individualized care, allowing you to build lasting relationships with patients while directly contributing to their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
• A strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based practice in the context of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, though motivated new graduates with internships in this area are welcome to apply.

• Certifications in specialized areas such as dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive and reflective of the experience and skill level of the candidate. The annual salary range is between $90,000 and $100,000, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits plan that includes:
