Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, create clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring interventions are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies to clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
