Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing meaningful professional relationships built on trust and ethical practice.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, review treatment plans, and plan for appropriate discharges when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse group of individuals, spanning all ages and backgrounds, with various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring that our clinicians are paid ahead of collections, relieving them from financial uncertainty. Additional benefits include:
