Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate communication and collaboration as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, advocating for necessary services to promote client health and success in their recovery journey.

• Contribute to discharge and aftercare planning by coordinating with external resources and ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will primarily work with adults undergoing detoxification and those facing substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
