Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Support the treating therapist by scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments to inform treatment strategies.

• Conduct supervision sessions in collaboration with a site supervisor, enhancing your clinical skills through professional development.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

• Identify and utilize agency resources, services, and systems to benefit client care.

• Complete all necessary onboarding procedures, including training on agency policies and procedures.

• Prepare for client sessions by meticulously reviewing case notes and conducting relevant research on client issues.

• Engage in small group supervision or seminar preparations, including the review of recorded sessions to enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain comprehensive client records efficiently in both written and electronic formats, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate care with partner agencies, fostering collaborations that facilitate comprehensive client support.

• Research best practices to inform various projects and assignments as directed by your supervisor.

• Conduct client consultations and collaborate effectively with other professionals to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.

• Document case notes, client assessments, and evaluations to track progress and uphold standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Possession of a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
