Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a broad spectrum of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief and loss, and trauma-related issues. Counselors will be expected to apply their expertise in managing diverse cases and promoting inclusive practice that respects each client’s unique identity and experiences.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• A valid social work license in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
