Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to evaluate mental health needs.

• Provide individualized and family-centered therapy based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Efficiently complete documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified timelines for optimal care management.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and personalized wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable mental health.

• Create effective discharge plans with clients to ensure a smooth transition post-therapy, including recommendations for further care if necessary.

• Maintain strict adherence to all federal and state regulations, as well as Inland Psychiatric Counseling Center’s internal policies and protocols, ensuring compliance at all stages of patient interaction.

• Engage in professional development through ongoing training, educational workshops, and supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and competencies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaboration, share insights, and contribute to team objectives.

• Complete all required licensing and mandatory training to maintain active credentials in the state of Massachusetts.

The primary patient population consists of individuals and families seeking mental health support across a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets criteria for licensure.
