Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues and helping clients navigate their unique challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with these diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approach to best meet their individual and familial needs while considering social determinants that may influence their mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and collaborators.
