This position allows for a remote work setting, giving our therapist the flexibility to provide care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While the core hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be necessary based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with a knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• A proven ability to deliver individual and family therapy effectively to young clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
