Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Family Care, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health difficulties and formulate tailored treatment plans that respond to their unique challenges.

• Design individualized treatment regimens that may include evidence-based practices, psychoeducation, and coping strategies, addressing both short-term and long-term goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities appropriate for each client's needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring integrated and holistic care for all clients.

• Engage with clients' families, providing education and support to promote their involvement in the therapeutic process and recovery journey.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential client records, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a master's or doctoral degree.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with extensive training in specific modalities or specialized populations will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
