Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, identifying both strengths and areas for growth.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions aligned with therapeutic benchmarks.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive care plans that prioritize the client's overall well-being.

• Respond to crisis situations with skillful intervention, conducting risk assessments, and constructing safety plans for at-risk clients.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community among clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality care and service continuity.

This role primarily serves a diverse clientele seeking mental health support, including individuals coping with severe mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
