Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and progress, regularly reviewing and revising them based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using tailored modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques—to effectively address clients' concerns.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulations within the mental health sector.

• Offer and manage teletherapy services to facilitate accessibility for clients who may face geographical or mobility barriers.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Texas state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of maintaining detailed client records and managing caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we value applicants who have substantial experience in clinical settings, particularly in outpatient environments. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques is also considered an asset in our digital-first environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
