Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and history, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique challenges, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, using culturally responsive techniques to ensure that the emotional and psychological needs of each client are met.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n
