Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying emotional and behavioral issues, to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual counseling sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring that therapy is tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, working rapidly to stabilize clients in distress and coordinate appropriate next steps.
\n
• Collaborate with family members and support systems to develop comprehensive discharge and aftercare plans, enhancing long-term client outcomes.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment regimens, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
\n
• Regularly communicate with the clinical team and other healthcare providers, sharing insights and updates regarding each client's progress.
\n
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and continuously seek professional development to enhance counseling techniques and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust will be essential in helping clients achieve their mental health goals. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in professional counseling, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care.

• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential from the state of Pennsylvania.

• Expertise in diagnostic evaluations and the development of comprehensive treatment plans.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical records, and digital communication platforms.

• Strong data management capabilities, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and integrity in client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
