Executive Office Administrator

A leading global private equity firm in Downtown Miami is seeking a highly organized professional who blends executive support with strong operational and project management skills. This is a dynamic, high‑visibility role within a polished, fast‑paced environment. What you’ll do: Provide high-level executive support including calendar, travel, and meeting coordination Drive operational processes and improve workflow efficiency Manage and track key projects, timelines, and deliverables Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for senior leadership Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism What we’re looking for: 5–10+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or project coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) High level of professionalism and attention to detail Benefits: Opportunity to work with a top‑tier private equity firm Collaborative, professional, and high‑performance culture Excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
