Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Addressing a wide array of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment progress and client interactions.

• Participating in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents who may be experiencing various mental health challenges. You will support families navigating difficult transitions, such as separation and divorce, to foster resilience and healing within the familial structure. Providing a safe space for clients to express their fears and challenges is paramount to achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
