Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to clients' unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation strategies and safety planning.

• Maintain updated and accurate client documentation, including progress notes and treatment reviews, to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and available community resources, promoting an informed and empowered approach to treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, from children to adults, who are dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will be client-centered, focusing on building trust and rapport to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current License as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.

• Proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills is essential to developing effective treatment strategies.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, with a preference for backgrounds in telehealth or virtual therapy settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a generous sign-on bonus to effectively recognize your expertise and commitment.
