Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and detailed assessments of patients, including comprehensive history-taking and appropriate prioritization of health concerns.
• Leverage advanced clinical skills to provide specialized women’s health services, including but not limited to IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and management of pessaries.
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and other colleagues to ensure optimal health outcomes and address complex patient cases effectively.
• Advocate for the diverse needs of patients and their families, considering their unique physiological, psychological, cultural, and spiritual circumstances.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, fostering effective communication and working relationships to enhance patient outcomes.
• Review and manage patient medical records, ensuring that diagnostic orders are followed up according to established protocols.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and telecommunication tools efficiently for accurate documentation, tracking, and patient communication.
• Implement safety procedures and uphold legal standards pertaining to patient privacy and risk management throughout all care activities.
• Maintain composure and an efficient workflow in emergency situations, adhering to established emergency protocols and promptly escalating issues when necessary.
• Demonstrate a service-oriented approach in all interactions, ensuring patients, families, and colleagues receive the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners focus primarily on female patients, providing care that addresses both acute and chronic health conditions, reproductive health, prenatal care, and wellness exams. Our diverse patient population values our convenient, personalized care model, which emphasizes holistic approaches to health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APN License in Florida, along with current CDS and DEA certifications.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience in women’s health as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

Preferred Experience

We also hope to find candidates with experience in concierge medicine or alternative care models where personalized patient interactions are prioritized. Familiarity with house call protocols and the ability to adapt to various patient environments are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and demonstrated expertise in the field. Our clinic is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package:
