Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric assessments to accurately diagnose and understand patients' mental health conditions.
• Develop and manage individualized medication treatment plans while continuously monitoring the effectiveness and side effects of prescribed medications.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support during patient emergencies, applying trauma-informed care principles.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, participating in events and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
• Deliver therapeutic support through counseling and psychoeducation, helping patients gain the skills they need for improved mental health.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
