Key Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Physician Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and inform care plans.
• Administering treatments, prescribing medications, and monitoring patients’ progress in alignment with established protocols.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and facilitate effective treatment plans.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
• Maintaining accurate and complete patient documentation using the electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and a valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of one year of direct patient care experience, preferably in pediatrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document information clearly and concisely.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
