Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical evaluations to assess patient pain levels and diagnose the underlying causes of pain, taking into account physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop customized treatment plans that integrate pharmacological methods, physical therapy, and complementary therapies to manage pain effectively.
• Provide ongoing care for patients with chronic pain, focusing on improving their functionality and overall quality of life through personalized interventions.
• Address acute pain cases resulting from injuries, surgeries, or other medical interventions with evidence-based practices to expedite patient recovery.
• Prescribe and manage medications for pain relief, ensuring careful monitoring for effectiveness and any side effects that may arise.
• Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks or injections when necessary, adhering to the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients on effective pain management strategies, encouraging their active participation in their care plans and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) that accurately reflect patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
