Envision Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our vibrant team at our state-of-the-art Surgical Center located in Hialeah, Florida. Work Environment

This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours of onsite work per week, primarily from Monday to Friday, concluding at 5:00 PM. Our Surgical Center is well-equipped with the latest medical technology, providing a conducive atmosphere for diagnostic and treatment processes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations on patients.
• Interpret diagnostic lab tests, including blood work and imaging studies, to drive diagnosis.
• Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions, crafting individualized treatment plans.
• Manage treatment protocols for chronic illnesses and urgent medical issues.
• Prescribe medications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in accordance with health regulations.
• Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Actively promote wellness and preventive health practices among our patient population.
• Engage in research initiatives to further medical knowledge and improve patient care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, catering to individuals of varying age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Current and valid Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida.
• PA-C certification is required, alongside a valid DEA number for prescribing medications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in clinical settings such as urgent care, internal medicine, or family health.
• In-depth understanding of patient care regulations, protocols, and ethics.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in patient interactions.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Patience, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex health scenarios.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve a multicultural patient base.
• Experience in research or involvement in clinical studies can be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 140,000 and 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Envision Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
