This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Commerce, CA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential new business opportunities to increase the company revenue.

General Accountabilities

• Analyzes market conditions and strategically improves the company's market position for financial growth.
• Creates and implements a business development strategy to identify new business opportunities.
• Builds customer relationships and negotiates and closes business deals.
• Researches the competition and generates potential leads.
• Gathers information on potential clients and builds client relationships.
• Makes sales pitches and negotiates and closes business deals.
• Develops budgets, performs financial analysis.
• Builds partnerships with other companies.
• Finds ways to better serve existing markets and creates marketing campaigns.
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Sales exp in Housewares, Kitchen, and Food Sales
• Minimum Experience: 4 years of related experience
• Preferred Experience: 5-10 years of related experience
