Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, without the pressures of on-call work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based counseling sessions with adult clients using a telehealth platform.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to craft comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of patients.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments alongside progress monitoring tools to fine-tune and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engage in weekly clinical consultations with leadership for ongoing support and professional development.

• Document patient interactions within our electronic medical record (EMR) system to streamline treatment plans and uphold compliance. This includes using integrated tools for documenting progress and crisis protocols efficiently.

Your primary focus will be working with adults suffering from a variety of mental health disorders. You will be enabling patients from diverse backgrounds to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses.
