Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of clients, ensuring effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Beacon Light, you will work primarily with adults and families who present with a diverse range of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to contribute positively to the lives of people from various socioeconomic backgrounds, needs, and experiences, helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, preferably working with diverse populations.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
