Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat with ethical consideration and compassion.

• Applying solution-focused treatment modalities to support and guide clients on their mental health journey.

• Creating and managing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring personalized care.

• Facilitating insightful discussions that help clients explore their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n

• No disciplinary actions on your license and no limited/provisional licenses.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition.
\n
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy and virtual therapy tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy or working with low-acuity clients are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with solution-based treatment approaches and a proven track record of effective patient care will be advantageous.
