Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support tailored to the specific needs and preferences of identified patients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for students and health care professionals, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

• Assess patient support needs and interaction preferences, creating a seamless and personalized patient experience that guides each patient through their prescribed pathway to treatment.

• Educate patients on program policies and procedures, ensuring they understand the resources available to them, and document all interactions appropriately in clinical records.

• Maintain comprehensive and organized patient records, including progress notes, treatment histories, and status updates, to ensure that all necessary information is readily available for clinical review and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW, you will primarily work with students enrolled in affiliated schools who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Your role will be pivotal in identifying these students' needs and coordinating appropriate interventions to help them succeed academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active LCSW license in California is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in a counseling role, preferably working with children, adolescents, or in educational settings.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear interactions with clients and other stakeholders.

• A proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, responding effectively to diverse client needs.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, to maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with the team.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working within a school or educational environment, familiarity with telehealth practices and tools, and knowledge of current mental health trends and resources will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
