Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health through virtual meetings, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques while ensuring a culturally responsive approach.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, fostering a dynamic therapeutic environment.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to additional healthcare providers when necessary, such as psychiatrists or specialists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. You will collaborate with clients facing an array of challenges, such as mental health disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions. A strong ability to engage with clients empathetically and effectively, delivering therapy that resonates with their unique experiences, is essential.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling with a diverse clientele.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficiency in navigating EHR systems and supporting technologies to maintain accurate client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
