Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs, objectives, and treatment risks, ensuring tailored care approaches.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, typically seeing one patient per hour, while upholding the highest standards of care and documentation.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall function, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols effectively to enhance patient outcomes.
• Encourage patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation process by motivating them to adhere to designed fitness and wellness programs.
• Collaborate regularly with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, participating in case discussions and consultations as needed.
• Eagerly evaluate treatment progress, documenting outcomes and communicating findings clearly with patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
