Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and challenges.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methodologies.

• Execute mandated reporting processes and duty to warn, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that address both psychological and physical health concerns.

• Regularly monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to client progress and treatment efficacy to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to confidentiality requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development, keeping abreast of current research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
