Key Responsibilities\n

• Delivering individual and couples therapy sessions, ensuring a tailored approach for clients across diverse age ranges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely notes and records for all client interactions to meet organizational and regulatory standards.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments with clients and managing an updated calendar to reflect availability and client needs.

• Engaging in collaborative discussions with team members regarding client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Adapting therapeutic techniques to address a variety of clinical presentations, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client focus ranges from young children to adults, presenting various psychological needs. Our team specializes in providing care to individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. The therapist will actively participate in understanding and evaluating clients’ unique circumstances and tailoring therapeutic interventions to foster growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active LCSW license and demonstrate the capability to practice independently.

• Exhibit professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision while managing a robust caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, along with additional bonuses based on performance. Benefits provided to our therapists include:
