Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, developing evidence-based treatment plans that cater to their individual needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote personal growth, recovery, and well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously tracking and assessing their progress throughout the recovery journey.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person attendance, addressing both emotional and practical concerns.

• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with ethical standards and practice requirements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for review.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic methods in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your expertise will particularly benefit couples, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of full-time counselling experience, ideally in an outpatient mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional experience in crisis intervention, family dynamics, and substance abuse treatment is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
