Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that interventions align with client needs.

• Facilitate initial evaluations, triagging patient care based on assessment findings and coordinating services with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and timely standards expected in clinical practice.

• Engage in case management duties, collaborating with community resources and organizations to provide holistic care for patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
