Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards in a timely manner.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and monitor progress in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure our services meet high-quality standards.

• Act as a liaison for clients to connect with state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems as needed.

• Maintain open communication channels to uphold contract standards and advance the mission of mental health awareness within the community.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs and explore new funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at community events.

• Embody and promote the organization's mission, values, and principles in all interactions and professional engagements.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will directly engage with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with mental health challenges, substance abuse disorders, and those requiring support for developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Qualifications\n
