Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and readiness for treatment, utilizing structured intake interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Design and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, regularly updating these plans based on progress and evolving client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting modalities to best fit client needs.

• Actively monitor clients' progress through regular sessions, utilizing metrics and tools to refine and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including timely documentation and reporting.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and holistic care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
