Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, utilizing your expertise to offer targeted therapy approaches.

• Engage with patients through various communication methods, including video conferencing, audio messages, and written journal entries, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.

• Maintain an organized caseload, responding to client inquiries and scheduling sessions effectively to optimize patient engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with an expansive community of over 10,000 therapists for ongoing support, advice, and sharing of best practices within the telehealth platform.

• Utilize our advanced technology for documenting progress, goal setting, and tracking clinical outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with primarily include stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management issues, or grief. Our model excludes high-risk and severely mentally ill patients, allowing you to focus on providing quality care to those seeking assistance with everyday life challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted LPCC licensure without any disciplinary actions.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet, along with a working phone and personal computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n
