Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific goals, preferences, and cultural considerations, ensuring that each plan is tailored to the patient's unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across various modalities including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services 24/7, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and tools to actively manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Participate in regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
